Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect size, color, or product selections made when ordering. This policy applies to all purchases, including regular-priced items, sale items, bundles, customized products, and gift cards, except where required by law.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, contact us before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at danian@blacklinestudio.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law. Where mandatory cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights apply, including applicable European Union withdrawal rights, we will honor those requirements.
